ARE YOUR BEDS REALLY CHEW PROOF?
Nothing short of a bed made out of metal is going to be truly ‘chew proof’. Our beds are the most chew resistant and long lasting beds on the market.
WHAT IS K9 BATTLE BALLISTIC FABRIC?
K9 Battle Beds are made from our custom K9 Battle Ballistic Fabric. Our fabric is custom designed for dogs that like to dig, chew and scratch their beds.
WHAT IF MY DOG DOES MANAGE TO CHEW UP THIS BED?
If the bed is damaged within the first 90 days, we will send you out one free cover replacement.
IS THE DAMAGE WARRANTY A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK IF MY DOG CHEWS THE BED?
No, the Damage Warranty is a gurantee for a one time replacementof the cover. We do not provide refunds for used or damaged beds.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Submit a photo of your damaged bed along with the proof of purchase.

The order is wrong! How do I change it?
Be prompt and contact us straight away with your purchase order number.
How do I return an item I received?
We only exchange unused items and is done on a case by case basis.
BED MAINTENANCE AND ASSEMBLY
How do I clean the bed? Can these beds be machine-washed?
K9 Battle Beds can be cleaned with ease. Our covers are all machine washable in cold water on a delicate cycle. Ensure that all velcro and zipper closures are sealed before washing. Tumble dry on low heat or are dry.
Is there any kind of assembly required for these beds?
Nope. Just take out of the packaging and watch the magic happen.
